Meet Gerianne Puskas, MBA, CNPM, CFRE
Gerianne Puskas is a strategic advisor for nonprofit success with more than 30 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit management, strategy design, and communications.
As President & CEO of Mission Advancement Group, LLC, she partners with nonprofits to put a strategy to Hope – aligning vision, people, and fundraising so organizations can advance their missions with confidence.
Gerianne has led and advised award-winning campaigns recognized by AFPGV and AMA Rochester, earned recognition as a 2024 Athena International Award finalist, and serves on multiple boards and committees across the Rochester region.
Clients describe her as part strategist, part coach, part community champion – someone who brings both hope and a plan.
At home, this former Rotary and Kiwanis president proves leadership runs in the family, sharing life with husband David, son Rich, and two rescue dogs who've mastered the art of stealing hearts.
